(REGARDING THE APPLICATIONS TO BE MADE BY THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER TO THE DATA CONTROLLER PURSUANT TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698)
GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS
Natural persons whose personal data are processed, defined as the relevant person in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVK Law") ("Applicant" hereinafter), are subject to certain provisions regarding the processing of the personal data of the relevant person in Article 11 of the KVK Law. The right to make demands is granted.
In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; Requests regarding the implementation of this Law to be made to our Company, which is the data controller, must be forwarded to us using the following methods.
In this context, applications to be made to our Company in "written" form must be filled in, signed and then printed out;
By personal application of the Applicant,
through a notary,
By sending it to the Company's registered e-mail address... or to... using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature or registered e-mail address by the Applicant,
By sending the e-mail address previously notified to our Company by you and registered in our system to … or …
may be forwarded to us. If additional information is needed within the scope of evaluating your request, we may contact you. Your application will be finalized free of charge, but if it requires additional costs, a fee may be charged in the amounts determined within the scope of the relevant legislation.

"Personal Data Protection Law Information Request" will be written in the subject line of the e-mail.

Your applications submitted to us will be responded to as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of the relevant KVK Law.
Your personal data collected by filling out our application forms in printed or electronic form (name, surname, signature, TR ID number, address, telephone number, relationship of the applicant with the Company) will be transferred to the person who is the data controller in order to exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law. It is processed so that you can apply to our company.
If necessary, your personal data can be transferred to the Personal Data Protection Board for the purpose of providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, monitoring and carrying out legal affairs, and carrying out activities in accordance with the legislation.
The legal reason for processing your data is "clearly foreseen in the law and legal obligation" listed in Article 5 of the Law, and its legal basis is the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

This application form has been prepared to determine your relationship with our Company and to determine your personal data processed by our Company, if any, in order to respond to your application correctly and within the legal period. In order to eliminate legal risks that may arise from illegal and unfair data sharing and especially to ensure the security of your personal data, our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (copy of identity card or driver's license, etc.) for identification and authorization determination. If the information regarding your requests submitted within the scope of the form is not accurate and up-to-date or an unauthorized application is made, our Company does not accept liability for requests arising from such incorrect information or unauthorized application.
